So far i’ve eaten – 3 crackers (about 40 kcal each) 2 glasses orange juice (250kcal?) one bowl ready brek porridge oats (250-300kcal?) and 2 cookies (probably about 50kcal each)
I am trying to lose about 20lbs. I know it hasn’t been too healthy. But how many more calories could i consume today and still lose weight?
