As you add foods on the Nutrition tracker page it will tell you how many calories you&#039;ve consumed and how many you have left. It will also track your fat and cholesterol, let you know if you&#039;ve consumed enough protein, etc. There&#039;s a lot of support tools, as well. Check it out. Good luck!</description>
