I’m 15. I weigh 122 pounds and I’m 5’1. Everyday I run/walk (mostly run) for about 30 minutes. I have cut out all chips, cookies, fast food and soda from my diet. I eat fruits and vegetables daily. So how much weight do you think I’ll be able to lose in 3 months?
