I think your family should be able to eat pizza if they want, but I think your mom should buy something healthier for you if she can. Try this: Say something like, "Mom, I want to lose weight, and I hope I can count on your support. I know you and the others like soda and pizza, and it's fine with me if you have that. But I would like to have something else, if possible. Some salads, fresh fruit and vegetables, and lean protein would be great. And if you like, I will help cook enough to feed the others if they want to eat what I eat".

A couple of other ideas and suggestions:

look up recipes on places like cookinglight.com to find things you can fix. Look for things that the family might like, too.

When you cook things like chicken, etc, if the others eat something else, make enough of your foods for 2 meals. That way, you have something healthy that you can grab quickly, rather than having only pizza and such on hand when you are hungry and easily tempted.

There are plastic bags made for steaming vegetables that are a great way to cook veggies in a microwave. It takes 2-3 minutes to do one serving, and 3-4 for more. Again - make enough for 2-3 meals, so you can grab something tomorrow if you like, to help avoid temptation.

Keep fresh fruit on hand, and grab that for snacks.

Drink LOTS of water - like at least 2 quarts a day. If you feel like you have to go pee every time you turn around, you're probably getting enough water.
