i don’t know about you, but everytime i go on a diet.. or even just cut down on sweets.. i always do good for maybe a week or two then i start craving fat food. craving probally isn’t the right word, i start obbessing over fatty food. evenutually i will give in and have a little cookie and before long im off my diet and eating moe than i was before. i need a way to keep my mind off food.
