i gain more weight when i go on a diet.?
Cookie Diet November 4th, 2009i don’t know about you, but everytime i go on a diet.. or even just cut down on sweets.. i always do good for maybe a week or two then i start craving fat food. craving probally isn’t the right word, i start obbessing over fatty food. evenutually i will give in and have a little cookie and before long im off my diet and eating moe than i was before. i need a way to keep my mind off food.

Diets don’t work. You need to begin eating 6 small meals a day, this will help you when you crave fatty foods. Try to give yourself portion control. don’t starve yourself. Eat about 1500 calories/day. If you eat lean meats, fruits, veggies, low fat dairy, and complex carbs, you will be surprised on how much you can fit into 1500 calories.
