I’m 15 years old, 4’11, and 118. i know it’s big… i need help! I’ve been on fad diets but the fat just keeps coming back!

Basically what I eat everyday

2 chocolate chip waffles with syrup
2 cookies
peanut butter and jelly sandwich
and dinner.. different all the time… sometimes healthy, sometimes not.

i also jog for 20 minutes and walk the dogs like 10 minutes.

i know it’s kind of alot, but i feel like it’s not THAT bad. how can i lose weight!?

also… how old do you have to be for liposuction?
also.. i have this huge little pooch at the bottom of my stomach below my belly button.. it’s the least favorite part of my body.

I want to lose weight because I feel like I can never be happy because I’m so self concious about the way i look!
