i need motivation to lose weight?
Cookie Diet October 23rd, 2009i’m 25 pounds overweight.. i would like to lose 40 pounds to fit in the middle of the "healthy weight" category..
but i have no motivation to hit the gym or eat healthy..
i eat junkfood all the time, like cookies, chocolate, chips etc.. and i snack all the time between meals.. and when i sit down to have a proper meal i usually stuff myself too much…
i never exercise and i’m scared to join the gym because my body won’t be able to take the exertion.. i don’t hate my body but i know i’m unhealthy and unattractive..
i just don’t have the motivation to start losing weight.
it might help if i had a friend to go to the gym with, but i don’t have many friends, and especially none that live near me.
Thank you for visiting our Cookie Diet website today. We hope you join the program and start losing weight.
I really reccomend you get a professional trainer because they’ll be able to answer all your questions and motivate you. But this is what i’ve tried for the first time this past week (and it’s been the best week i’ve ever had): every morning i get up, do my stretches, deep breathe (or meditate) and review my goals (I have a list). I repeat my mantra : "I can lose weight. I WILL lose weight."
Anyway, it really works for me. But the thing with weight loss is, you have to be ready mentally. does that make sense?
You have to know that you are ready for it and feel like you REALLY can do it. try picturing yourself healthier and know that you can be that.
