		<description>I really reccomend you get a professional trainer because they&#039;ll be able to answer all your questions and motivate you. But this is what i&#039;ve tried for the first time this past week (and it&#039;s been the best week i&#039;ve ever had): every morning i get up, do my stretches, deep breathe (or meditate) and review my goals (I have a list). I repeat my mantra : &quot;I can lose weight. I WILL lose weight.&quot; 
Anyway, it really works for me. But the thing with weight loss is, you have to be ready mentally. does that make sense?
You have to know that you are ready for it and feel like you REALLY can do it. try picturing yourself healthier and know that you can be that. :)</description>
