I currently weigh about 245-250 pd. My family and my friends are against me losing the weight but as a 16 year old girl who is only 5’6 I know I need to. I’m not sure how though and I would love other people’s opinions on how they have lost weight or others they know have lost weight. I made a plan to drink only water from now on, not eat wheat products, stay away from meat with a lot of fat. Not have any snacks like cookies or taffy. Also, wake up and do 10 minutes of stretching. I can’t get out much because I can’t be in the sun for to long. Please help me, and if you think what I have is great then please encourage me. I want to lose atleast 70 pounds. I think I can do it by next year. I believe I would look great at 180 pds. If I don’t then I’ll set a new goal. ^^ Here’s a picture..Please don’t harrass me.

It’s an ugly picture I know but that’s the only one I have of my body, it just so happened that my face is ridiculous. lol
