i want to lose weight im 5’6 and 165. i want to lose about 30-45 lbs. I dont have time to exercise much. At school they only serve chicken/chips/cookies/ all the things that i dont need to be eating. What should i be eating , and how long do you think it will take. I need to lose it fast. Iam willing to take an hour everyday and walk/jog/run. But iam not sure. What should i do?
