I want to lose weight!?

So I have a busy schedule but I’ve been managing to get in exercise bc I walk in gym class (probably about 10 laps around the track in a 40 minute period) and I walk home (takes me 30 mins usually)
So that’s all the exercise I get in a day, plus the usual running up and down stairs to get to class, but I think i want to start yoga, i just don’t know how to get started.
And I want to start a diet, but again, idk how to start it and idk what to eat!
I never wake up on time to eat breakfast, so I bring something unhealthy like a bag of cookies to school so I can munch on them until lunch, then I have a chicken sandwich or a sandwich wrap, then I come home and have a soda, then eat whatever my mom puts on the table at dinner time.
I try to get up in the morning to have a good breakfast but I always end up waking up 10 minutes before I have to leave. I’ve tried sleeping earlier, I’ve tried setting my alarm earlier… what can I do?
So can you help me?
Questions needing answers:
1. Do you think I am getting enough exercise?
2. How can I get started with yoga? Is there any dvds or downloadable classes that you would recommend?
3. What am I doing wrong with my diet? What can I do to improve my diet so that I lose weight?
4. Do you have any tips on waking up early in the morning? (like 6ish)

drink tons of water!!! add lemon
-drink 2-5 cups green tea unsweetened or with splenda a day
-consider a vegan diet or add alot more produce to the diet and limit animal products
- 5x week cardio 3x week strength exercises
-more than 30 minutes a session cuz it takes the first 30 minutes only the stuff in ur liver is burned
-best diet pills NV and zantrex 3
-worst diet pills relacore and microslim
-dont skip breakfast
-small meals
-smaller darker plates= less desire to eat it all
-switch white bread to whole grain
- its ok to have a fatty treat once weekly, it will up ur metabolism
- dressing, sandwich condiments(i.e. mayo) on side or substitute vinegar/olive oil salt/pepper mustard etc
- at ice cream parlor why not have the sorbet instead
- when idle(tv, computer, seated, at a stoplight, etc) hold in ur abs for 10 seconds and breath in and out
- got a partner? have more sex, go as wild as u want. burns a ton of cals. try being on top if u like. if ur on bottom, thrust ur hips, ass, abs, etc dont be a dead fish. remember, use contraceptive cuz if u get pregnant ull be in a worse fat mess
