If I binge ate last night will I put on lots of weight?
Cookie Diet June 25th, 2009
Ok, I'm on a diet, and up to last night I hadn't eaten a thing in 1 week 2 days. But last night I binge ate and had:
-3 cookies
-1 yoghurt
-1 chocolate kitkat
-1 portion of curry
I ate that over the space of 2.5 hours. I tried to throw up after but I couldn't do it. I just retched and nothing came up. The scale says that I have even dropped 2 pounds. I'm going to continue not eating to lose weight, and will continue to exericse. But will all that food put lots of weight on me overtime or would it already have been done by now?
I'm desperate to lose the weight, I'm a fat, ugly 16 year old who hates her body, so I need to lose the weight.
Thank you for visiting our Cookie Diet website today. We hope you join the program and start losing weight.
OK, vomiting up your food will make things worse. Not only will you be ruining your insides(the acids from your stomach will corrode your esophagus), you'll be ruining your teeth as well which will result in bad breath.
If you're serious about losing weight, you'll do it safely not stupidly. The first couple of pounds you lose is just water weight and NOT the actual fat. You need to lose weight slowly because if you lose it too fast you'll end up with loose skin and you'll feel like crap.
Start with the typical workout: crunches, push-ups, pull ups, and jogging. Jog every morning or whenever you have time for 20 minutes and gradually increasing your time and pace each day. You'll be getting a good cardio workout by doing that as well as strengthening and toning your legs.
Start with 20 crunches and gradually increase the amount of reps everyday and don't just do the regular up and down crunch, go from side to side to reach your side muscles as well. Pushups are harder but can strengthen the muscles in your arms since your using your own body weight.
Drink plenty of water before each exercise and make sure you stretch before and after each routine or you'll pull something and a pulled muscle hurts like hell.
The key ingredient to all of this is motivation. You have a goal to reach and there's nothing and no one stopping you but yourself. I wish you the best of luck with all of this and I strongly advise you to stop starving yourself and start eating regularly. Start eating healthy(cut out chips, soda, and fried food). Eat more vegetables(salads) and fruits and drink a lot of water.
