Thank you for visiting our Cookie Diet website today. We hope you join the program and start losing weight.
Junk food is also anything deep fried. You will have to avoid it all completely, and it will take more than that to loose weight.
If you stay away from the junk completely, and eat healthy foods and sugar free drinks (milk {2% or rice milk} and juices such as cranberry, grapefruit, apple and so on, that have no sugar added). It takes 3 to 4 weeks to clear your body of the toxins and turn your metabolism around. You will then begin to loose weight at a steady rate that your body can handle. The weight will stay off too. Just avoiding the junk will urge your body to start storing fats. That will not be noticeable immediately, but after that month off you will start putting on the pounds very quickly. The opposite effect from what you want.
Eat well. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Leafy vegetables with every evening meal. Eat three meals a day. Snack in mid afternoon too (banana, apple and so on) Be active. No big exercise routine is required, just be active. Take the stairs. Walk a lot. Dance. Swim. Whatever you enjoy. Avoid salt in your foods and do not add sugar. Use Stevia instead of sugar. It is good for you and has no calories.
Best of luck.
