Im 21 and i need to lose weight..any tips or advise for me?
Cookie Diet December 3rd, 2009Hi. I have decided that i want to start losing weight because i want to look and feel better. right now im 21 years old. 5’2 and 225 lbs.in the past 5 years i gained alot of weight after i lost alot of weight. i feel like i cant do it, like its too hard. i dont know how and were to start. I dont really eat that healthy since my mom likes to cook fried foods or foods with alot of oil or fat. Im also a full time nursing student so i usually eat fast food 2-4 times a week because im never home. I also tend to snack alot..and i do it alot during the night hours. i guess you can say i eat when im bored at home and its mostly chips or cookies/ sweet breads that my mom buys because my little brother loves them. Can anyone give me any advice or tips so i can really begin something that i will stick to. I dont have access to a gym and im kind of embarrassed to jog around the block. Any tips/ Advise on what i should cut down on or anything that i can do to start losing weight. thanks ![]()
Thank you for visiting our Cookie Diet website today. We hope you join the program and start losing weight.
I know how you feel, by thinking you can’t do it and feels its to hard to do. Well its easier than you think, I too felt the same way and felt that without eating the fried foods, and all the sweets, and cokes, i just could live, wrong, I did and so can you. But you must want to do it, and you must want to do it for you, ignore everyone else opinions.
I joined gyms, Curves, Weight Watchers, and even though I did lose 50 pounds I still was into really losing weight, I finally quit all and on my own from what i learned at these places, and with help from the internet site such as Sparks people and E-How, I have been able to continue losing weight on my own, the secret is to start each day with breakfast, eat healthy snacks, carrot apples etc. eat snack in between meals and learn what a serving size is, buy a food scale to weigh your meat a serving size of chicken breast is 4 ounces.
but learning serving sizes is the main deal, because you don’t have to give up all your favorites you just need to learn that eating such as chips you can only eat 14 chips or so to make a serving size.
Good luck, visit sparks people.com and e-how. and many other website on how to lose weight.
Do it for yourself, you can do it.Drink 64 ounces of water daily.
