Im a 15 year old girl on a diet. do you think i ate too much today ? and how many calories ?
Cookie Diet December 6th, 2009breakfast: about 1/4 cup strawberries cut in halves.
lunch: 1 sweet n’ salty almond granola bar. 1/4 plain turkey sandwich on whole wheat.
dinner: half vegatarian subway sandwich on white (230 cals)
snack: 1 oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.
soo, what do you think. too much food… not enough food. im on a diet so… this is pretty much my average day and want to know if it’s healthy and how many calories a day im eating.

You need to eat more breakfast, because you can actually gain weight from avoiding it. Breakfast= Breaking the fast from when you were asleep, which when you were not eating. When you don’t eat breakfast your body isn’t getting the nutrients it needs to commit itself to energy and it starts to store fat because it thinks your starving yourself. Anyway, you ate alright just cut out the cookie and subway. Though, I guess subway is healthy, just next time make sure you make that white bread into whole grain/wheat because white bread contains a lot of unhealthy carbs.
