i’m a girl on a diet. do you think i ate too much today, and how many calories did i eat ?

breakfast: about 1/4 cup strawberries cut in halves.
lunch: 1 sweet n’ salty almond granola bar. 1/4 plain turkey sandwich on whole wheat.
dinner: half vegatarian subway sandwich on white (230 cals)
snack: 1 oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.
soo, what do you think. too much food… not enough food. im on a diet so… this is pretty much my average day and want to know if it’s healthy and how many calories a day im eating.

ummmm, love those sweet n salty bars!!! yum yum, but i am off them since starting my low cal low carb diet.
anyway i dont think that it was too much. the seet n salty bar is like 180 right? 1/4 cup strawberries like less then 50 cals. plain turkey on wheat 75cals, 1 choco chip cookie….150cals
and the 230 cals
girl you ate about 600 cals!
i myself am trying to keep it at 800 cals and 40gs of carbs.
i think you could afford to eat a few more cals, and if you exercise you can eat even more
