anyway i dont think that it was too much. the seet n salty bar is like 180 right? 1/4 cup strawberries like less then 50 cals. plain turkey on wheat 75cals, 1 choco chip cookie....150cals
and the 230 cals 
girl you ate about 600 cals!

i myself am trying to keep it at 800 cals and 40gs of carbs. 
i think you could afford to eat a few more cals, and if you exercise you can eat even more
