So i;ve set my mind for a goal, and im going to accomplish it no matter what.

problem is, i have no clue where to start.
im already going to cut out cookies, etc. out of my diet. maybe 1 a day but the rest i need to cut back calories and exercise.
im going to hawaii this monday and going for 17 days. i can lose weight while im on vacation no problem.
Note: I have muscles i recently gained from working out so much. but for the past week ive been slacking off on exercise and been eating lots of junk. so its time to put my foot down.

my problem is that i eat when im bored and i dont chose the healthy foods. and i often binge cuz im bored. so if anyone can help me thats great

im 5’5 and 146lbs.
i dont have wiifit and my parents wont let me jog around the neighborhood (im almost 16…) anyway i just want some tips :)
