Im ready to lose weight, but the problem is, i dont know where to start?

So i;ve set my mind for a goal, and im going to accomplish it no matter what.
problem is, i have no clue where to start.
im already going to cut out cookies, etc. out of my diet. maybe 1 a day but the rest i need to cut back calories and exercise.
im going to hawaii this monday and going for 17 days. i can lose weight while im on vacation no problem.
Note: I have muscles i recently gained from working out so much. but for the past week ive been slacking off on exercise and been eating lots of junk. so its time to put my foot down.
my problem is that i eat when im bored and i dont chose the healthy foods. and i often binge cuz im bored. so if anyone can help me thats great
im 5’5 and 146lbs.
i dont have wiifit and my parents wont let me jog around the neighborhood (im almost 16…) anyway i just want some tips ![]()

The best thing would be to find a type of exercise you enjoy doing, so that it doesn’t seem like exercise and you might just do it when you’re feeling bored (it can be as simple as practicing breathing, clenching muscles, etc. it doesn’t have to be a full out cardio workout.). The second thing would be to find healthy snacks. I HATE raw carrots and celery, but will eat them with a good dip, and I will eat cauliflower raw, I just can’t stand raw carrots or celery. Even though the purists say it’s wrong to eat the veggies with a dip, it’s still better than gorging on chips. Lastly, find a hobby or interest of *personal* value to you, explore anything you may have a remote interest in without expecting results, just explore and see what trips your trigger, you might be really surprised. Chances are, you WILL find something that will take care of your bored thoughts, if not leave you wondering how you’ll fit it in.
