I’m trying so hard, but I can’t lose any weight. Why is this not working?!?
Cookie Diet October 18th, 2009I’m 14 year old girl, and I’m 5’8 and 203 pounds. I’m considered obese.
Three months ago I was 225 pounds and I started exercising and eating better.
To celebrate I had a cookie, something I’ve denied myself, since July. Then I switched to Atkins Diet. I gained 3 pounds then I went to a restricted calorie diet. This was two weeks ago. I’ve yet to lose any weight at all. And everyday I have 500 to 700 calories. I don’t splurge at all.
I’m feeling very hopeless because I really want some ice cream, cookies, fast foods, and a sandwich. (separately) I’m just maintaining my weight, but not losing anything.
I’m really tired of all this, don’t even skinny people have some sugar? I can’t lose weight, and I’m scared the moment I eat some cake I’ll gain 5 pounds. I exercise everyday on the weekends, and once or twice on weekdays.
Thank you for visiting our Cookie Diet website today. We hope you join the program and start losing weight.
Hi,
I encourage you to learn from ‘common-sense’ nutritionists what to eat for a life time.
‘Diets’ are then not necessary.
My best to you,
