im 15, 5’4, and 128 lbs. ok so i run 6 days a week 2-5 miles, i dont drink soda im actually just used to drinking lots of water about 3-3.5 liters a day, also i drink milk but thats it, also juice sometimes. my snack are usually fruits veggies and granola bars o & peanuts. I eat a good three meals and about 1200-1500 cal daily. i cant lie i do eat a little cookie or a little pieace of chocolate every noe and then but i just wanna know if this is a healthy balanceed diet

Also i stay aways from chips since they are made of animal lard EW!

OK well since im still a kid i need some tips, so thanks everyone, it is really helpful!
