Is My Diet Really Bad!?!?! Cheeseburger Then Dinner!!?!!?!!?!!?

Heyy. I have a bad diet I think…….
I am healthy though.. I get tired sometimes, but that’s only cause I don’t get enough sleep (6 hours a night)…, and at a healthy / slim weight .. I am 5"7 and 120 lbs. It’s not affecting me physically in other words.
I wake up at 7am to go to school, and have a small cookie and juice ( I don’t feel hungry in the mornings- so sometimes I eat nothing)
Then at lunch, (12pm) I get a burger from the chip shop. Or chips.
Then for dinner (8pm) I have whatever my Mom makes me… she is a good cook. It has vegetables etc- in………..
Is this okay??? I don’t want to get fat!!!!!!1 Thankyouu x x

Drink water (try crystal light) more often
Drink milk
Replace the burger with a healthy packed lunch every second day. Eventually, switch to 1 burger a week.
Make sure to get your whole grains, leafy greens.. etc
Exercise and eat healthy. You should be fine.
