I'm a18 year old female, and I'm currently "overweight".
I'm joining the Army in February of 2008, but I have to lose about 40 lbs to be able to go to Basic.
I have been excercising like a maniac for the past week and I have been eating EXTREMELY healthy.

My question to you is:
Is ONE Oatmeal pie cookie going to "RUIN" my diet? Will I really have to run about 5 miles for it to come off?
Or is it OK to have a treat ever other weekend?
