The speed at which you lose weight is mosly determined by your body type. Some people can lose weight quickly and for others it takes more time, I guess it really depends on your definition of quickly. The best advice I can give is to try different things to see what works for you. A year ago I weighed about 212 pounds and now I am at my target weight of 140 pounds thanks to some hard work, dedication, and a good program. I would recommend the same program to anyone who wants to see real results, not claims of a "magic pill" that will allow you to lose pounds overnight.
