Okay, this is what I eat eat on a normal basis (not including dinner). I’m not on a diet to loose weight, I just want to be eating healthy. (i’m a teen)

Breakfast: Rasin Bran or Kashi cereal (sometimes with banana) always 1% milk

Lunch: turkey/cheese/lettuce sandwich or a peanutbutter and banana sandwich or a peanutbutter and jam sandwich (always all of them with whoel wheat bread)

Snack: 100 calorie pack or kashi granola bar or kashi cookie or goldfish or veggie chips or yogurt or fruit

Is this healthy? Unhealthy? Are there certain foods that are unhealthy?

Oh, I have veggies with dinner.
