Is This Healthy Enough To Lose Weight?
Cookie Diet Tips October 26th, 2009I want to lose a few pounds, I don’t care how long it takes, as long as it stays off. I kind of want to think of it as a healthy diet, more than just weight loss. Does this sound okay?
Breakfast:
Bran Flakes, skimmed milk. Pear.
Snack:
Special K mini breaks
Lunch:
Activia yogurt (low fat), jumbo snack a jack (51 cals) and I bought an enormous peanut butter cookie from the canteen.
Dinner:
Beans on wholemeal toast.
Snack:
Fruit pastilles
Would this be enough to lose weight slowly, with exercise? I walk nearly 40 mins at least a day, and sometimes get on my exercise bike at home and burn an extra 200 calories. I know the peanut butter cookie was bad, but I wouldn’t eat this everyday, just what I had today. Is there any room for improvement? And also, I have had some sweet treats today, and I normally have one everyday. I heard you should try to eat them every few days. But judging from what I have had and there’s not much fat, would it be okay?
I’m a vegetarian.

no you need some lean protein(fish chicken) You also have no veggies(try salads or raw veggies) Give up the snack at jack and cookie. Don’t concentrate on fat. You body needs a little fat(mostly in the form of some good oils like olive) Use olive oil and vinegar to make a nice salad dressing to use over your green salad.
