I've just been on holiday for 10 days and have been eating fatty foods like chocolate, cookies and pizza – still the lowest calorie types but I usually just eat salads, fruit and bread. I also did a bit of walking around but I've found that now I can't run aswell at all and I've gained a lot of weight around my face, people have told me not to stop eating at all because you stop burning but is this true and what would be the best way to lose all the holiday weight?
