Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies?
Cookie Diet Tips November 1st, 2009Since these cookies are really healthy and I like chocolate a lot, will it help me lose weight to eat them rather than regular chocolate? I want to replace regular chocolate with these because it seems like it will help… will it? Also, if you know anything else about these cookies, it would be great if you could tell me about them. Thanks

You can certainly have that instead of chocolate. I do that, but with their dark chocolate cherry TLC granola bars. They taste better to me and have less calories and fat. Replacing regular candy with these items can help with weight loss, especially if you are taking in fewer calories. They are also good snack options because of the protein and fiber that Kashi puts in their foods.
