I eat healthy meals specially breakfast. I have a bowl of kashi whole grain/wheat cereal w/skim milk and fruit or plain oatmeal with skim milk and fruit. or whatever in that category.

I bought 100 calorie bagels (mini) from walmart and weight watchers cream cheese, i bought surgar free strawberry jam also, The jame is only like 10 calories for 1 tblespoon, 0 sugar, 4 grams fat. Id have that or the cream cheese on different days i have this.
I plan on having 1 mini bagel for breakfast w/ 1 or 2 tbls of the cream cheese.
with milk or fruit for breakfast.

I eat healthy snacks, healthy luche and dinners. I eat protein, fruits and veggies all what is expected in a diet to lose weight. Every sunday i treat my self as of today i had for breakfast was 2 homemade buckwheat blueberry pancakes made with applesauce and egg whites with 35 calories vanilla syrup. (2 tablespoons. Snack i had 1 handful organic graham cracker bunnies and for lunch i had 1 small nonfat latte lite with skim and splenda, 1 weightwatcher oatmeal raisin cookie and a banana.

I dont drink soda or sweets much.

My eating habits have changed greatly to make myself healthy since i was a junkfood junky badly..
Mini 100 calorie bagel-18 g carbs(pretty low to me which is ok because i use to eat LOTS of carbs)

Weight watchers creamcheese-4 g carbs.

I see nothing wrong with this.

The mini bagel, creamcheese, skim milk and a piece of fruit for breakfast. If i should add one more thing tell me but.
IM ASKING, CAN I HAVE THIS MINI BAGEL? I HAVE BEEN RESERCHING ABOUT THIS BAGEL AND ITS ALOT BETTER THEN A NORMAL SIZE, PLAIN BAGEL. EVEN WITH THE WW CREAMCHEESE OR SUGAR FREE JAM.
IS IT OK TO EAT? I THINK IT IS, I DONT MEAN EVERYDAY TO EAT CUZ I EAT WHOLE GRAIN CEREALS AND OATS TOO.
