this is what ive eaten today. im hungryy though. im so tempeted to go have some cookies with ice cream and whipped cream and sprinkles. but then i’ll get fatter. :-( should i or should i not?

I’m 13, a girl, 83.8 pounds :-( , 4’11… wanna lose some weight… how did i do with my diet and fitness today? i remember when i used to be 80.2… i wanna get there again at least
breakfast- 5 blueberries
lunch- salad- 1/2 cup lettuce, piece of cheese, 2 pecans, little turkey, 1 bell pepper, and a few drops of Italian Dressing
Snack- apple with 1 tbs of peanut butter
dinner- 1/2 cup- 3/4 cup tamale, with a little mayo, aji, and little turkey
dessert- 3/4 cup cold milk coffe, 2 tbs. vanilla ice cream (probly like 150 cals, but still shouldnt of had it :-( )

i did 30 leg lifts, 15×3 front crunches, 15×3 crunches on each side. i also did light weights. my tennis lesson was just a tennis lesson, lots of running, some serves, etc.

still weigh 83.8 after all that exercise but i realy realyy really really want to be at 78 by the end of january.

oh yeah, and if you guys wonder why i need to lose weight it’s because of my fat stomach.
:-( it’s like 26-28 inches around the fattest part, it sticks out a lot at the bottom which i hate.
