		<description>You will never ever get your stomach flat like that.  That is how so many anorexics go wrong.  They point  to the stomach pooch as evidence of their &#039;fatness&#039;.  However it is usually dropsy from malnutrition.  Specifically, it is from the lack of protein.  Another cause is weak abdominal muscles allowing the stomach to protrude. And no amount of ridiculous dieting is going to help that.  Only eating enough protein and stomach exercises.  At 4&#039;11 you should not weigh ever below 92 lbs.  That is the minimum healthy weight for your body.  So continue as you are and you will end up with pencil arms and legs and will still have a swollen belly.  The crunches are good, leg lifts good.   Keep doing those but eat more protein and you will be fine.  And probably will gain the 10 lbs you need to be healthy</description>
