Please help me out seriously, diet related?

I’m now in my second week of trying to eat healthy, I eat aobut 6 small meals per day so that I don’t ever feel really hungry. My food intake consists of oatmeal with blueberries and blackberries, strawberries, a yogurt, apple, walnut salad with some tuna, my main meal is usually chicken or salmon with kidney beans, chickpeas and lentils and then ill maybe just have 1 little cookie from time to time if i get hungry late at night. During the day i’ll eat carrots, cucumbers and peppers (to snack on). I haven’t noticed any weight change and infact my stomach looks bigger rather than smaller is this normal that i feel fatter now than before?????? PLEASE do not post diet pills or stuff like that ..i want to build a healthier lifestyle is all and loose a few pounds. I’m not sure if kidney beans every day is good or not but it keeps me full and i love them.

I have found out to lose weight, drink lots of water. Quit drinking soda pop, even Diet Soda Pop. For breakfast, eat a bowl of Special K or Cheerios, using Skim Milk. For Lunch, make a turkey sandwich on wheat bread. Use mustard or Fat Free Mayo. For Dinner, eat some type of Lean meat, a vegetable, and some type of salad. Between meals, if you get hungry, eat some dry cereal and drink water.
