south beach diet phase one help? dessert ideas?

I just started the south beach diet. MAJOR CRAVINGS! Does anyone have any good desserts? preferably single serve? or using egg beater, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and butter substitute?
in addition, when will these chocolate, cake, and cookie cravings go away? should i wait it out or indulge in a small piece of chocolate each day? thank you!

The only recommended dessert for Phase One is a ricotta cheese mixture with cocoa powder in it–it is a generous serving that is sweet and filling. It was just fine with me—granted, it wasn’t a Snickers bar, but it tasted good and ended the cravings.
I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks on the SBD Phase One and my husband lost about 12 pounds. Stick to the meal plans in the diet book and you will lose…guaranteed. However, remember that Phase One is not sustainable in the long term…you’ll starve to death and kill your spouse over a suspected TicTac in his pocket! Only do Phase One for two weeks and then transition into Phase 2 and 3. Overall, I lost about 40 pounds on this diet combined with 3 trips to the gym a week.
