Tell me how to lose weight the right way!?

I want to lose 5-10 pounds in 6 weeks.
I eat chocolate chip pancakes cereal a smoothie or an apple for breakfast.
For lunch i have a really greasy piece of pizza.
And i usually snack alot after school and its usually cookies chips pizza JUNK FOOD.
Then i eat whatever my mom makes then i usually snack later.
Tell me how i can eat healthier..im consuming way to much junk food.
Also how much exersize should i be doing im currently not doing any and its the middle of winter which is why ive become lazy.
I already way 113 but im really short and i have some probelm areas..the space between my legs…my butt…and just below the waist…Tell me what to do.

How old are you….don’t worry too much about dieting. Eat a lot more fruits and vegatables, a little less candy and junk food and EXERCISE. Even just a little bit, your young and your body will react well to activity.
Problem areas like between the legs and butt will not get better from strict dieting or even exercising. Most of them are inhereted genetically and all you can do is weight train to try and improve the tone.
All in all your 113lbs, concentrate less on losing actual pounds and instead try and live a healthier lifestyle. You will feel the change, not see it on the scale.
