I want to lose 5-10 pounds in 6 weeks.
I eat chocolate chip pancakes cereal a smoothie or an apple for breakfast.
For lunch i have a really greasy piece of pizza.
And i usually snack alot after school and its usually cookies chips pizza JUNK FOOD.
Then i eat whatever my mom makes then i usually snack later.
Tell me how i can eat healthier..im consuming way to much junk food.
Also how much exersize should i be doing im currently not doing any and its the middle of winter which is why ive become lazy.
I already way 113 but im really short and i have some probelm areas..the space between my legs…my butt…and just below the waist…Tell me what to do.
