breakfast:banana and yogurt
then my friend gave me 1 girl scout thin mint cookie
then for lunch i had a ham and american cheese sandwich with wheat bread but i didn’t eat much of the bread
and i forgot to eat dinner cause i fell asleep and just woke up at midnight haha so i guess ill wait till breakfast to eat

and im 5’2 and im trying to lose 30 pounds
