Tone? Lose weight? No candy?

I'm 5'2, 5'3. I weight 123-125. I want 115 and abs. I need to lose weight in the belly and thigts I take tennis class Monday and Tuesday, half an hour. Then I play soccer or basketball for an hour and I may play basketball Thursdayn Wednesday or Thusday.
I love snickers! And chocolate, though I stopped eating cookies. Do I stop the chocolate completly? How many sit ups should I do daily and what other exercise should I do ?
PLEASE No Acai Berry thingy, no pills. No special drinks.

If you try to cut out candy completely you'll fail. Decide how much candy is okay to eat- maybe you can have one little fun-size snickers bar every day, as long as you did your exercise and ate healthy the rest of the day? don't try to cut it out completely, it won't work.
