Trying to lose weight been fat too long?
Cookie Diet Tips November 19th, 2009would this be a good excerise for the next month? I weight a hundred and 188 lbs and i’am 4′11. I;m 19 yrs of age and i want to lose weight. I’m suppose to consume between 1200-1500 calories a day.I put a few pictures up to get a glimps of how i look and weight and they are recent pics.

This is my excerise plan
Drink to bottles of water everyday,eat a bowl of fruite in the morning whick contains fruit cocktail mix with pinapple, mango,bannas,canalope. and some cookies that contain 100 calories,and borclie and chesse and a sandwhich.everyday from now on till the next two months.
My excerise is for 3 days a week do 5mins of arm excerise, 5 mins of legs excerise, 10 mins on tredmill. I also stay in a aparmtent complex that contains 5 floors and i want to excerise on them for two months also like run up the first flight of stairs and then run back down , run up the second stair and then run down , run up the third stairs and then run down and so on. my goal is to lose 3 lbs a week. so will this diet help,, and i also plan not to eat after 8 pm
I know my first two weeks i will lose nothing but the water weight. So i hope this diet will help.What do you guys suggest will be a good diet? Does this sounds good enough to do, to reach my goal? I know that there are 7 days of the week and i only provided 3 days woth of excerise but for the other three i want to do 30 mins if walking and the 7th day just reast my body

Drink five bottles a day.
big ones are better.
Water is a key to melting off those pounds.
remember if you have an urge to eat sweets, eat fruit. Hopefully the sugar from the fruit will satisfy your sugar teeth.
if you really want it, you can do it.
Don’t give up! Just think how nice it will be when your skinny and can buy nice clothes.
Hang in there and just move move move.
buy 100 calories popcorn if your a muncher like me. and eat it to satisfy.
ALSO buy vegis and fruits that have negative calories…works well!

ok so negative calories.
say you went 100 calories over of what your suppose to eat…don’t worry because that leads to binging…eat a piece of celery an hour later here’s why…
celery is like 2 calories but when the body digests it, it takes more to digest, like say 150 cal.
so if you eat celery you end up burning you extra 100 cal that you shouldn’t have eaten.
Now of course it’s not exactly like this but you get the picture.

This is because when you eat less or starve yourself, your body senses this change and when it sees food it attacks your brain because it wants food so bad.
so as a result your body goes in to fat store attackk!!!!

if you stuff your face and give in to the pressure, you will eat twice as much and even more and your body will absorb the fat and store it in it's fat cells.
This is because your body is saving food for the next time you try to pull this '''act''. My point in this is that, if you get hungry, drink a bottle of water first...if your still hungry after the water, eat something light in calories.
The reason I tell you to drink water is because sometimes the signal for being hungry and thirsty gets mixed up.

on the broccoli, try not to put too much cheese but put some because dairy is good for you.
Do you like milk?
Drink 3 glasses of skim milk a day, statistics show milk is great for older and any age women trying to lose weight.
You might get tired wating fruit everyday...how bout cereal?
special K with almonds [or strawberries]? yummm.
proven to help lose weight.
Plus it’s not expensive and to me its delicious.

have you ever tried wheatbread?
I personally like it better than white.
I eat Dutch country 100% wheat because it doesn’t taste like wheat to me =]
I use mustard [0 cal] and light miracle whip [20cal per tablespoon]
so meat for ya sandwich [if not vegetarian]
turkey slices from oscar meyers is great. 30 cal per slice and it’s pure protein…[perfect for those workouts]..
add some lettuce to that sandwich to make it nice and thick.
Tofu is also delicious in brown rice, with a little soy sauce..yuummmm.
anyways.
Do you eat your servings of vegetables?
I love v8! don’t like v8 drink the new stuff they have, watever it is, that fruit juice stuff. hahaha you see it on the commercials. wack! could have had a v8 ;]
Now workouts?
To me running is great, useful but boring!
Have you ever tried swimmnig or a sport like tennis?
I LOVE swimming and if you want to lose fat on your thighs and stomachs, squats in water are perfecT!!!
They don’t hurt but are just as effective as doing them on land.
secondly…go swim in the deep end where you can’t touch the bottom with your feet, and just swim trying to stay above the water: works your arms legs and gets your heart up!
resistance workout: i.e muscles.
the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn.
plus muscles look great on women, nice and tone like jessica alba!
I saw these water weight in the store. Light as a feather but in the water…man! it’s pretty hard.
great for the back and arms if used in certain ways.

WALKING…
is a wonderful, yet not so tiring workout!
I’m glad to see you have decided to walk.
and fyi take it easy…starting slowly gives the body more time to get used to the activity level and food changes.
So start off 3 days a week and then increase it,
You’ll have more energy anyways.
