Try Laughing cow cheese and melba toast!
I have 3 slices of melba toast + 1 wedge of the cheese and the whole thing is only 95 cals!

Get some fruit - bananas, apples, oranges, watermelon - whatever you love. did you know that 13oz of watermelon (that's a pretty big bowl of it...) is only around 150calories? An entire banana is only like 100!

Try enriched egg noodles - they're a good alternative to regular white pasta and they are cheap and taste just the same! About 250 calories (for one cup, uncooked - cooked, that's like a whole bowl) and they're just chalk full of vitamins!

How about tyson boneless skinless chicken breast? You can have two pieces (10oz) for 300 calories and that's a LOT of protein!

Try "Egg Beaters" - a lower calorie alternative to regular eggs, and you can make yourself some high-protein, low fat omlettes! Yumm...

Have you considered veggies to snack on? The fiber keeps you full and the calorie content is really low. You can have 10oz of carrots and 3oz of light ranch dressing for <200cal! That's a whole BOWL of carrots and a generous amount of dressing.

The key isn't to eat less, its to eat BETTER. Eat wheat or wholegrain bread with your sandwiches - white carbs are worse for you, so try their alternatives. (White bread = wheat, traditional pasta = egg noodles, white rice = brown rice, potatoes - only if they are smashed with the peel, and even then only in small amounts!)

Low fat yogurt and low-fat cottage cheese are also pretty high in protein, so they might be good too! =)

Hope that helped! Good luck =)

---Edit---

You might also consider cutting out the juices as they will be incredibly high in sugar. Whenever I am really craving some and just have to have it, I combine it 50%juice 50%water. it's the same for fewer calories. Just not as potent.
