Wanting to lose some weight?

Alright i am 15 5 foot 11 and about 180-185. I would like to get down to about 160-165 some where around there I want lose about 20 pounds in a month. What should I do to help me lose it. Currently I wake up for school eat a bowl of Special K cereal. At school for lunch I have a slice of plain pizza and a water. When I get home I go for about a 2 mile bike ride. Then for dinner I will have usually chicken steak meatloaf something along those lines I never eat fast food I only drink water. As of now I have cut out all junk meaning no cookies or anything like that. I just want to know what i can do more of the help me lose 20 pounds in a bout a month. Please do post any links to websites or anything like that. What else can I do burn fat more effectively and lose more weight faster. What I am eating is that stuff OK like can I have a slice of pizza a day will that hurt me more or should i have something else all feedback is appreciated. Thanks
