Was this too much to eat for a 13 year old girl who is trying to lose weight?
Cookie Diet October 25th, 2009
I didn’t do so good today…(I may go to the gym later.)
Breakfast:
- Wheat toast
- 1/2 banana
- about 1-2 tblspoons of peanut butter
Lunch:
-Quaker oatmeal to go (it is like a thick oatmeal cookie square, 220 calories)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 of those whopper chocolate balls from my friend
Dinner: (yikes)
- 1 sweet potatoe with butter + cinnamon sugar
- 1 chargrilled chick-fil-a sandwhich with honey mustard sace
- some mac n cheese
Snack:
- 3 fig newtons
All I drink is water…so…Anyway, i gained like 6 pounds in the past few weeks and I’m trying to work it back off. Was that too bad? I usually only eat 1/2 sandwhich and like no sides. I hope I haven’t stretched my stomach…If I did, how do I shrink it back down? Thanks!
P.S – I’m 92 pounds
And in all I consumed about 1600 calories but I usually eat anywhere from 900 to unknown. Because I also have a binge ED…When I don’t binge I don’t eat enough calories but when I do I eat WAY too much. This is my 3rd day without a binge though.
But I DID eat too much for dinner…

im 13 too..you dont need to lose any weight im around 92 and 115..i believe is the average weight..u dont need to lose just maintain..maybe instead of mac and cheese you could have some grilled veggies. also…try special k cereals..theyre really delicious and they dont have many calories…check out the special k challenge that is good too…u lose weight just by eating special k products and a normal dinner you would usually have. also..try to eat in more..instead of fried get grilled..its just as good and A LOT less calories. is also ok to have desserts in moderation! remember…u are soo not overweight..just maintain and that all you ned to do
