I didn’t do so good today…(I may go to the gym later.)

Breakfast:
- Wheat toast
- 1/2 banana
- about 1-2 tblspoons of peanut butter

Lunch:
-Quaker oatmeal to go (it is like a thick oatmeal cookie square, 220 calories)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 of those whopper chocolate balls from my friend

Dinner: (yikes)
- 1 sweet potatoe with butter + cinnamon sugar
- 1 chargrilled chick-fil-a sandwhich with honey mustard sace
- some mac n cheese

Snack:
- 3 fig newtons

All I drink is water…so…Anyway, i gained like 6 pounds in the past few weeks and I’m trying to work it back off. Was that too bad? I usually only eat 1/2 sandwhich and like no sides. I hope I haven’t stretched my stomach…If I did, how do I shrink it back down? Thanks!

P.S – I’m 92 pounds

And in all I consumed about 1600 calories but I usually eat anywhere from 900 to unknown. Because I also have a binge ED…When I don’t binge I don’t eat enough calories but when I do I eat WAY too much. This is my 3rd day without a binge though. :) But I DID eat too much for dinner…
