If i eat what i normally would (but take out sweets like candy, cake, cookies, etc etc.) but cut how much i would normally eat in half and did 1 hr of exercise (40 min jog, ab excerises, etc.) 5 times a week with added in 100+ situps in the morning and 100+ situps before bed would i still be able to lose weight?
