i want to lose some fat on my stomach because i started working out and i want to see my abs is it a good idea to stop eating fatty things like chocolate and cookies and stuff and start eating healthy how can i do this without losing muscle because thats what im afraid of my body getting different food or not eating as much throughout the day so then it will start using the protein off my muscles i want to eat different lose weight but not muscle and no im not gonna starve myself because before i would start eating when i wasn't hungry so im gonna eat when i do get hungry is that a good idea
well im not fat at all im actually really skinny but i just have small layer of fat on my stomach i want to burn off so i can see my abs better but i want to do this without losing muscle
