I try not to eat past 6 pm, however sometimes I am so hungry,and I’ll admit it I love my junk food! I love eating chips, and cookies! Yet, everyday I do eat a fruit whether it’s an apple, banana, or grapes.

But what other snacks can I eat that are healthy or at least not that many calories like chips? I was thinking of some snacks that are in little baggies, because when I get home, cook dinner, I am just so tired from work, that I am not in the mood to cook anymore. What do you recommend?
