Any negative or positive feedback on any of these diets or ones I may be missing? My 62 year old grandma wants to lose weight. She has lupus so doesn’t really have the energy to go to the gym all the time.
My grandma eats really healthy. She eats more vegetables than me and I’m a vegetarian. She drinks lots of water. Barely eats junk food or meat but makes sure she gets her protein.
Oh yeah, she also just eliminated soda from her diet.
