What else can i add to my diet plan?

Today i had:
oatmeal
tea
tuna whole wheat sandwich
oatmeal raisin cookie
two small handfuls of unsalted peanuts
two small handfuls of blueberries
for dinner i plan to have:
tofu and veggies
but everyone tells me i have to add more to my diet so my calories are up to 1500 help please
