For quicker weight loss eat eggs for breakfast, chicken (not breaded KFC) and a salad for lunch, and your dinner looks fine just don&#039;t snack after 6 pm.  Apples not apple pie!!!  Drinking water is good!  Remember portion size for meats is about the size of your palm and portion size for veggies/fruits is about what you can hold in 2 hands.  The South Beach Diet is pretty good if you are looking for fast results.  The only problem is that without carbs your energy level drops and if you add carbs back in too fast you will gain all your weight back.</description>
