What I ate today, will I lose weight? Advice? Thanks!?
Cookie Diet October 10th, 2009
Morning:
3/4 Apple oatmeal- 100calories
Nonfat milk- 100cals
Brunch/Lunch:
Cookie- 150cals
Beans(with almonds)- 75 cals
Snack/Part of dinner:
Starbucks Strawberry cream, only eat a half (NO whip)– 150 cals
Plan for dinner:
200 calories
Exercise- Weights (15min)
Walk- 1 to 2 miles
Dance dance revolution workout mode course- burns about 100calories each time depending on how many songs/intensity.
I am really short so I’m supposed to eat less, I have a slooow metabolism, and I really need to lose weight before the summer…

Yes you have the right kind of idea stick to it and then when you stop seeing weight loss go that extra step ie walk that extra bit more
