If I just live on cereal for the next few days, about 300 calories a bowl (soy milk + cookie crisp or cinnamon toast or rice krispies) and NOTHING ELSE.. would I lose weight quickly?

I’m not starving myself I’m just going to eat cereal everytime I’m hungry. It has a lot of nutrients and best of all about 300 calories with milk.

300 calories if I eat like 2-3 bowls a day + excerise it’s a good way in my mind to eat healthy.

What do you think? Would I lose some weight with this?
