What in the world do I eat after I workout? I run then lift, then sit in sauna then swim. do i lose mass.?

running – do i lose mass
after i workout i sit in the sauna and back…am i losing more mass.
then i dont know what to eat…eating cookie crisp isnt going to get me muscular…i am sick of not looking like i lift weights and want a better body…i have always had that soft look to my body..and steroids i guess is the only way to go…what do i do..take winstrol or what?
