what is a realistic but strict weight loss goal for me…?

i’m 20, 5’5" and 164 lbs. i want to look great this summer but all my fat is in my belly and thighs. how much should i lose by january? by february? and so on. and how much about would be a thin and healthy weight for me by this summer??? i’ve never intentionally lost weight before so anything you got will help!! i tend to love eating especially cookies and ice cream!

if you start a healthy diet and exercise, especially cardio, with no fatty foods like cookies and ice cream, then you will losoe weight about an average of 1-2 pound a week. your goal should be about 115-120
40 pounds should take about 25-40 weeks but you need to want to do it. and working out is the only way
