What should I do and eat to lose weight?
Cookie Diet September 17th, 2009I just eat these everyday, will i lose weight and what should I cut out on the list and what excercises?
ok here’s what I eat…………
Snicker bar ice cream
Butter Peacan Ice cream
Turkey Sandwhich
Tropical Juice
Hot cheeto’s
Apple sause
Pop corn
Cinnamon and sugar Oatmeal
Grape juice
Grapes
Apples
Salad
Carrots
Oreo’s
Brownie’s
Cookie’s
Excercise’s….
Sit ups
Pushups
wrist curls
( I dont have any weights or cant go to the gym)
I dont eat these everyday but this is what I usually eat everyday, if you just switch the up. I dont eat all of these in one day, I just eat these, thats all I eat.
What should I do to get bigger forearms and ripped.
What should I do for my abs.

Get rid of the snickers, all ice cream, hot cheetos, oreos, brownies, and cookies! Popcorn is good as long as you don’t pour gallons of butter on it!
For exercise… try doing some cardio! Go running, jump rope, or do jumping jacks!
